Emporietto is above all the story of the Guiducci family and Roberto, who founded
in the 1950s, in Rome, a local grocery store and an artisanal coffee roasting house.
His daughter Fiorella moved to Nantes in 2011 to market in this hidden place,
with certain charm (magnificent vaulted cellar all in stone) the Café Guiducci and a
selection of artisanal products that promote gastronomic excellence of Lazio
(the Rome region). More recently, Emporio became “Emporietto” with
the opening of the restaurant, now run by Jonas, Fiorella's son,
accompanied by Marco Crupi in the kitchen and pastry chef Clémentine Tennerel.
A trattoria of choice to taste authentic Italian cuisine, family and
playful, which evolves with the seasons and gives pride of place to both products
Italian craftsmen than those of our beautiful region.
